Dr. Bajracharya is a physician board certified in Internal Medicine and Clinical Informatics. He provides clinical care as a hospitalist physician in addition to doing quality and research informatics work at University of Massachusetts Medical Center in Worcester, MA. He is a faculty in the Divisions of Hospital Medicine and Clinical Informatics at University of Massachusetts Medical Center, and assistant professor of medicine at University of Massachusetts Medical School. He is also the associate medical director of UMass Medical Center’s Hospital at Home program.
Dr. Bajracharya obtained his medical degree from Manipal College of Medical Sciences in Nepal and completed his residency training in internal medicine from Steward Carney Hospital in Boston, MA. He completed his fellowship training in biomedical informatics focusing on clinical informatics from Harvard Medical School and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA.
Dr Bajracharya’s clinical and research interests include optimization of information technology to improve care delivery and evaluating its role to improve patient engagement with focus on telemedicine and patient portal.Dr Bajracharya has joined the Dyf team this year.
